During
the day why not visit one of Yamba's
eleven surfing beaches, hit the point at
the world famous Angourie Point, or just
stroll to Yamba's smart cafes, boutique
shops and local art and craft stores. Take
on the area's famous heritage walks, whale
watch, swim with the dolphins, go deep sea
fishing or play eighteen holes of golf on
arguably one of the best courses on the
north coast with its kangaroos for
company.
In the
evening, walk to some of the north coast's
top restaurants (such as Beachwood,
Castalia's, the Marina) or for a club
atmosphere dine at one of restaurants
housed within the bowling or golf
clubs.
Two
hour's drive south of the Gold Coast, and
about two and a half hours from Brisbane,
Yamba enjoys arguably the best climate in
Australia. Yamba is the ultimate holiday
location for day trips to Bangalow
Village, Byron Bay, historical Grafton,
Iluka and the Gold Coast. Alternatively,
cruise the wonderful Clarence River with
over one hundred islands it is a must to
explore.lubs.
Doncaster
Three is the perfect place to stay in
Yamba on the NSW North Coast - and don't
forget while there savour Yamba's "world
famous" prawns !
